REFUND POLICY

At Dicta Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to delivering quality hair products exactly as described.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product received damaged
• Incomplete order
• Product significantly different from what was ordered

To qualify:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Hair tags/seals must remain intact
• Proof of purchase/order number is required
• Clear photos or videos may be requested

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Used or installed hair
• Washed, dyed, customized, or altered hair
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Sale/discounted items
• Custom wig orders or personalized items

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
• Refunds are sent through the original payment method or bank transfer
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
